Our November meeting is on Thursday, 13th November, when Vicky Bush, the
Senior Education and Community Officer for the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust,
will visit us to give her illustrated talk on "Marine Plastic".
Vicky has worked in Mexico where clearing the beaches of plastic items which
Collected from the Pacific Ocean was a daily routine. The experience has impassioned her to reduce her use of plastic items and to pass on her knowledge to increase education about the serious pollution problem the use of plastic items has created around the world, and some ways she tries to tackle it.
